The 2011 Program
The Harlaxton Summer Writing Program May 16 to June 22, 2011 in Harlaxton, England.
The estimated cost of $3975 (exclusive of airfare) covers:
- Tuition for 3 hours of credit (Creative Writing Workshop)
- Housing and meals at Harlaxton College
- Workshops and one-on-one conferences with notable British and American authors
- Guest readings and craft lectures with visiting writers, poets, and editors
- Student activity fee, local Harlaxton shuttle fee, health and wellness fee, and airport pickup at Heathrow
Students may also elect to enroll in a second course (Shakespeare or Modern British Literature) for an additional tuition fee of approximately $1250.
Students must budget separately for transportation to and from the United Kingdom, personal expenses, and optional weekend travel.
